Bu ülkelerden 26’sı madalya alma başarısı gösterdi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En kalabalık yarış 31 ülkenin katıldığı Hafif Kilo Tek Çifte kategorisi oldu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;İran kürekteki ilk dünya şampiyonluğunu hafif kilo tek çifte’de kazandı. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Türkiye 7 si Genç olmak üzere 17 sporcu ile 6 tekne sınıfında mücadele etti. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Türkiye’de en iyi dereceyi Hafif Kilo Tek Çifte’de 17 ülkeyi geride bırakarak 13. olan Bayram Sönmez elde etti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yunanistan 10 sporcu ile 6 tekne sınıfında yarıştı. Evet dünkü koşu boyunca sık sık bunu düşünmek zorunda kaldım :D Ve şunu da öğrendim ki ya iyi bir ahçı olacaksınız ya da iyi bir sporcu. &lt;br /&gt;Bir tavuk bu kadar mı güzel yapılır? Yedim yedim yedim yedim. Sonra saate baktım ve 2 saat sonra yani 20:30 da antrenman başlar dedim. Başladım da. Eskiden 1 saat süren antrenman 45 dk. ya düşmüş durumda. Bu kadar kürekle haşır neşir olmamaya söz vermiştim kendime. Önce antrenörlük sonra evi kayıkhanenin yanına taşıma. şimdi de antrenman. hemde her gün yağmur çamur dinlemeden. 1 hafta oldu. günde ortalama 10 kilometre koşuyorum. Şimdiden forma girdim sanki. Bakalım sonumuz ne olacak. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gökçecim bugün için çok sağol :) ne maceraydı ama. Her anından keyif aldım. Buna bağlı olarak antrenman süresi azaldıkça şiddeti de artmaya başladı. Geçen hafta programın biraz dışına çıkarak anaerobic çalışmalar yerine uzun koşuları tercih ettik. Sanki daha anaerobik'e hazır değiliz gibi geliyor bana. Programı revize etmemiz lazım biraz. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Geride kalan 4 haftanın değerlendirmesini yapacak olursak kondüsyon durumumuzun hızla iyiye gittiğini söylemek yanlış olmaz. Özellikle koşularda 1 saatte koştuğumuz mesafe her defasında bir öncekinden daha uzun oluyor. Evet koşu parkurunda ki değişiklik iyi oldu, ne demişler &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tebdil-i Mekanda Ferahlık vardır.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; Bizde ferahlamak için İstinye tarafını seçtik, hatta ferahladık da. Koşunun sonunda ki  taştan aşiyan yokuşunu tabir-i caiz ise sonuna kadar zorlanmadan çıktık. Dönüş için İngiliz atalarına ait olan "No pain, No gain" sözü aklımıza gelse de bizim atalarımızın buna karşılık gelen "hızlı giden atın boku seyrek düşer" sözü aklımıza geldi tempoyu biraz yavaşlattık. Fakat bugün öğle yemeğinden feragat ederek dünkü antrenmanı yaptım. Dereceler şöyle:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. 11' 1:55.6 Tempo 22&lt;br /&gt;2. 11' 1:55.7 Tempo 23&lt;br /&gt;3. 11' 1:55.2 Tempo 23&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Antrenmanda emeği geçen Tuncay Kocabıyık ve Yalçın Fidancı'ya teşekkür'ü bir borç bilirim.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ayrıca son sette yanımdaki ergoda bana eşlik eden ve tempomu bozmak için elinden geleni ardına koymayan Cem Taluğ'a da iki laf etmeden geçemeyeceğim. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ey Cem Taluğ. Kürek çekmek fotoğraf çekmeye benzemez. Kimle dans ettiğini unutma tamam mı? Bakmazlar adamın gözünün yaşına. Aslında koşu sonrasında antrenmana gerek olmadığı, zaten antrenmanlı olduğumuz açık şekilde görülse de Batuhan'a bu fikri yediremedim. Neyse daha önümüzde çok hafta var kurşunları boşa harcamamak lazım. elbet kaytarmayı öğrenecek... Bugünkü Antreman 3 X 11' ergo. Lakin onlar yukarıdaki resimdeki gibi burjuva sporlarından olan squash'ı  bile denediler. Ama maalesef bu da sonuç vermedi. Bunun dışında kilo'da kırmızı alarm vermekteydi. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nerede o hafif kilo halleri?
